Same Day Tax Service

• If you have all of your information, we will get your return finished while you wait. Need to run some errands and don’t want to wait? Get your information to us in the morning and we can complete the return when you come in that afternoon.

Guaranteed Accuracy at No Extra Charge

• If your tax return is found to have an error made by us, we will work with you to get the error corrected at no additional charge. We will also refund your preparation fee for that return and pay any IRS penalties and interest caused by the error, provided the error is brought to our attention in a timely manner. We have procedures in place to make sure your return is filed correctly based on the information we have, and it is double checked before being filed. We cannot, however, be responsible for any additional taxes owed due to the error or for non/late payment penalties and interest when the balance is not being paid in full with the corrections.

Multiple Filing Options

• Want to file your return but don’t have the extra money for the preparation fee? Want your refund direct deposited? Really don’t want to e-file? We offer all of these options and more. Additional charges may apply according to the services requested.

Options for No Out-of-Pocket Expense

• We offer options to have your preparation fees withheld from your income tax refund. You can either pick a check up in our office or have the refund direct deposited to your checking, savings, or debit card account. Additional fees apply.

Free Electronic Filing

• Your tax preparation fee includes electronic filing at no additional cost. Why charge for something that reduces paperwork, reassures you that the IRS has accepted your return, and reduces the time spent waiting for your refund?

Customer Service Year Round

• We don’t close when our last return is accepted at the IRS. Preparers are available year round for filing returns and amendments, clarifying letters from the IRS, and answering your income tax questions. Just call us at 936-634-2405. Appointments are not required but are recommended from mid-April through mid-January. Preparers may not be in the office, but they will get back with you, usually the same day, but no later than the next business day.

Drop Off Service

• Want us to get started on your return but don’t have time to wait while we prepare it? Bring it to us. We will get started and call to set up a convenient time to complete your return. We strive to complete returns the same day we get all of the information. We consider the next business day to be the deadline.

Secure Client Portal for Uploading Important Documents

• Forgot to drop something off when you came by? Want us to prepare your return and you only stop by to sign after it is finished? No problem. We offer a secure client portal for uploading your sensitive tax information. It is more secure than email. It also saves you time and gas by eliminating trips to the office to get your information to us.

Amendments, Extensions, and Prior Year Returns

• Got another tax form after filing your return? Forgot to mention that you started back to school last year? Have some business expenses you overlooked? Were not able to get all your information together to file by April 15th? No need to panic. This happens sometimes. We can help. We can file an extension, amendment or return for a previous year. We want you to get the full refund due to you and help avoid irritating IRS letters.

Review and Clarification of IRS Letters

• More and more often, the IRS is sending letters to taxpayers asking for more information. These letters are usually several pages long and can seem overwhelming. Bring them to us. We will review the letter and advise you of what action, if any, you need to take.

After Hours and Saturday Appointments

• Not everyone is able to come see us for tax preparation between 8:30 and 5:30 Monday thru Friday. We know you have to work too. That is why we will be glad to set an appointment for you outside of our normal business hours. Call us for your appointment when you have all of your tax documents.
